Melanie Lewis

Melanie is an Instructional Designer with the Course Production Team.  She has over 20 years of experience as a public librarian and has served on multiple teams and committees promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.  She is skilled in designing internal and external training curriculum as well as providing tools and resources to an immediate audience.

Pariss Coleman, M.S.

Pariss Coleman is an Instructional Designer with the Center for Teaching and Learning. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from East Carolina University and a Master's Degree in Interactive Media from Quinnipiac University Online. In 2021, she earned a Post-Master's Certificate in University and College Teaching from Charlotte.  Pariss is currently enrolled in our Charlotte Educational Leadership doctoral program and comes to us with a background in instructional design and interactive media.

Chris Muellenbach, M.S.

Chris is an Instructional Designer with the Course Development Team. He has ten years of experience as an educator and has worked as a Project Manager at Duke Network Services and was an award winning teacher in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. He is passionate about designing student-centered learning opportunities that build engagement.

Blair Stamper, Ed.D.

Blair is an Instructional Designer (ID) who loves working with faculty to create student-centered and active online courses that align with Quality Matters standards. Her passions and research lie in educational research, student success, active learning, DEI in online courses, and accessibility. 

Enoch Park, Ed.D.

Enoch serves as the Quality Matters / Online Learning Specialist, collaborating with faculty and academic programs.  He provides faculty workshops, instructional design consultation, course development support, and online/ blended learning course review, as a part of the University’s online learning quality assurance program through Quality Matters program.
