Beth is a Video Producer on the Media Production Team. She graduated from UNC Charlotte in Spring 2022 with a B.A in Communication Studies. She also double minored in Journalism and Film Studies and has hands-on experience in both fields. Videography is both her profession and her hobby. In her spare time Beth can be found editing for fun as well as writing and spending time with friends, family and her dog.
Sean is a Media Production Specialist who creates meaningful and engaging interactive media. He graduated from Winthrop University with a B.A in Technical Theater and a minor in Social Science, and he also earned a Teleproduction Technology Diploma from York Technical College. Sean has over 26 years of experience working in theater, broadcast and the audio visual industry.
Marcus is a Media Production Specialist in the Media Production Team team. In his role, Marcus works with various groups on campus to provide video production and event services as needed. He also assists with educational and promotional videos made for various departments on campus. He is a former student employee at Charlotte and became a full-time team member in 2020. Marcus is passionate about video production, live event production, and helping others achieve their goals.
Natasha is a leads producer on the Media Production Team in support of academic video needs across campus in addition to managing interactive events. She has been with UNC Charlotte since October of 2000. She was a former student employee for her department. After graduation she went to work at WSOC-TV as a Production Assistant. Natasha has worked on many different types of video projects over the years; including promotional videos, instructional videos, studio based television shows, and large hybrid events and classes.
As a video support specialist, Tre' assists with the Course Production Team and faculty with a litany of production services including shooting, editing, and any other tasks as needed. Tre' is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's of Media Arts. Tre' is passionate about cultivating new ideas within the media production space, as well as other media topics like motion graphics, sound design, and storytelling.
Kory is the Instructional Media Designer with the Course Production Team. He has ten years experience as an educator, serving as a teacher liaison for the Superintendent and leading development of new STEM curriculum.
Alex is a lead production manager on the Media Production Team to ensure successful projects between media productional specialists and faculty. With over 18 years of experience, Alex has designed and built recording studios, live entertainment venues, & commercial AV + IT systems. Alex is passionate about studio & live entertainment production, system design and integration, and overall creating high-quality media.
As a post-production media specialist, Jeremy provides a variety of services to the Course Production Team and faculty with editing, motion graphics, and cinematography. With a background of independent film production, he has worked on a variety of productions spanning a multitude of industries. Jeremy is passionate about bringing your story to life frame by frame, and strives to ensure your vision is not left on the cutting room floor.
