Rebecca Burry, Ed.D.

Dr. Rebecca Burry is an Instructional Designer and Technologist in the Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. With 18 years of experience in education, she has gained extensive knowledge and skills in instructional technology and STEM education. She is highly skilled in curriculum development, promoting innovation and change, effective collaboration, and is passionate about building professional connections to support staff and students at UNC Charlotte.

Jordan Register

Jordan Register is a Faculty Development Specialist with the Center for Teaching and Learning. She will graduate in May, 2023 with a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the Urban Mathematics Education program and a Masters Certification in Data Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a Masters of Arts in Teaching Secondary Mathematics from UNCC and is certified as an instructor of Foundational Mathematics from the NC Department of Education.

Aubrey Harrison, MBA, M.Ed.

Aubrey Harrison is a Senior Instructional Designer with the Center for Teaching and Learning.  With over 15 years experience as an educator prior to joining the CTL, he taught business education courses in Cabarrus County Schools and then worked in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools as a technology facilitator and a digital innovation specialist supporting over 100 schools and departments within the central office with technology integration and application development.

Heidi Echols, MFA

With over 22 years in higher education, Heidi has been the Director of a Center for Teaching Excellence and Innovation, a Full Professor, a Department Chair, and a QEP Co-Chair. With her primary focus on Instructional Design, Heidi comes to UNCC from NCSU, where she was an Instructional Designer with the Poole College of Management.  As an Instructional Designer/Technologist II at UNCC, Heidi will focus on adaptive learning and work to create holistic learning experiences across campus.

Jules Keith-Le, Ed.D.

Jules Keith-Le is a Faculty Development Specialist with the Center for Teaching and Learning. Jules has been working as an educator for over 20 years and has varied experience in the public and private sector. Prior to joining the CTL, she served UNC Charlotte for 5 years as an Instructional Design & Training Specialist in the Learning and Organizational Development Department. She has been an instructor for the University of South Florida, Santa Fe College, Alachua County Public Schools.

Kim Buch, Ph.D.

Kim Buch, an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist in the Psychology Department, is a Faculty Fellow.  Her research is in the area of organizational and institutional change programs and their effects on individual behaviors and attitudes and on organizational structure and culture.
