His work and research happen at the intersection of instructional design, open educational resources, generative AI, entrepreneurship, continuous improvement, and professional development. He is Dean of the Governor’s School for Entrepreneurship and Director of The Brad D. Smith Student Incubator at Marshall University, and adjunct faculty in Brigham Young University’s graduate program in Instructional Psychology and Technology (where he was previously an Associate Professor). Dr. Wiley holds a PhD in Instructional Psychology and Technology from Brigham Young University and a BFA in Music from Marshall University. | ||||
