Hailey Stroder, M.S.
Hailey Stroder is an Instructional Designer and Technologist with the Center for Teaching and Learning. Drawing on her background in K–12 education and curriculum design, she is passionate about helping faculty create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that connect deeply with students. Hailey enjoys collaborating with instructors to translate ideas into innovative, technology-enhanced courses that promote active learning, creativity, and accessibility for all learners.
Before joining UNC Charlotte, Hailey served as an Educational Technologist and Innovation Specialist, supporting teachers in integrating digital tools, designing curriculum, and building confidence with emerging technologies. She believes great design begins with understanding learners’ diverse needs and creating pathways for every student to succeed. Hailey holds North Carolina teaching licenses in Elementary Education (K–6) and Special Education: General Curriculum (K–12), and she is especially passionate about combining emerging tools with accessible learning practices that make education engaging and equitable for all.
Hailey earned a Master of Science in Learning Design and Educational Technology from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is energized by solving complex learning challenges and is dedicated to helping faculty craft experiences that are purposeful, accessible, and transformative.
