Kim Buch, Ph.D.

Faculty Fellow

Kim Buch, an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist in the Psychology Department, is a Faculty Fellow. Her research is in the area of organizational and institutional change programs and their effects on individual behaviors and attitudes and on organizational structure and culture. This includes institutional and pedagogical interventions targeting student learning outcomes, about which she has published extensively. Kim has experience, as both practitioner and researcher, in SoTL (the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning) and will contribute to the Center’s SoTL mission by supporting its SoTL grants program and by providing consultations and workshops to faculty interested in or involved in SoTL work. She continues the Center’s efforts to disseminate faculty’s SoTL research. In addition, Kim offers workshops and consultations on service learning, about which she has considerable interest and experience.
