Update Respondus License / Password

  1. Go to our Respondus form.
  2. Log in with your NinerNet ID and password and complete the form.
  3. The new password will appear on the screen and in an email.
  4. Access Respondus through your Desktop shortcut or the Start menu.
  5. Go to File -> Update License.
  6. Copy and paste new password into the Installation Password box.
  7. Click License.
