Universal Design Online Content Inspection Tool

What is it for?
The UDOIT Accessibility Checker in Canvas is a licensed add-on. It was developed at the University of Central Florida under the name UDOIT (Universal Design Online Inspection Tool) and purchased by Cidi Labs. UDOIT (pronounced, “You do it”) scans online course content within a specific course site and creates a report that identifies possible accessibility issues. Additionally, the included U FIX IT tool guides faculty to repair issues found from UDOIT with an easy-to-use user-interface.
Use UDOIT to check headings, alternative text for images, color contrast, descriptive link texts, and video captions, and more.
This slideshow shows the most common issues: Summary of Accessibility analysis.
