OneIT Academic Technology Team

Mike provides systems analysis, systems administration, software development, and tier 3 technical support for Canvas and other instructional technologies. He is also the project manager for UNC Charlotte’s ongoing migration to web-based course evaluations. Mike also holds a Master’s in Information Technology after obtaining a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte in 1994.

As part of our Technical Systems Team, Nicole is responsible for applications programming and development. She analyzes new technologies to determine their feasibility and benefit to our campus, and then works towards implementing these technologies.
