The Center for Teaching and Learning features an array of AI Across the Curriculum resources including faculty development workshops, online teaching guides and toolkits.

CTL Teaching Innovation Workshops
Faculty workshops are available for faculty and instructional staff to learn strategies on integrating Generative AI into curriculum while promoting effective and responsible use.

AI in Teaching and Learning Task Force
In Fall 2024, the Office of the Provost announced the launch of UNC Charlotte’s Artificial Intelligence in Teaching and Learning Task Force to support the ethical and responsible use of AI in teaching and learning.

FACULTY FELLOWS ON AI
In Spring 2025, the Office of the Provost and Center for Teaching and Learning appointed ten faculty fellows on Artificial Intelligence to collect faculty and student use cases on how AI is effectively being used in teaching and learning across colleges at UNC Charlotte.
Project Goal: Showcase AI in Action Across Colleges
- Surface the story of AI for every college
- Highlight real experiences of AI use in the classroom
- Contribute to a collection of faculty and student use cases on effective use of AI

GLOBAL MICROCREDENTIAL ON AI
Next-Generation Learning with Generative AI Tools
This 10-hour professional certificate entitled “Next Generation Learning with Generative AI Tools” through the School of Professional Studies equips educators to apply generative AI tools in their teaching practice and contribute to the next-generation learning programs and initiatives within their institution.
This certificate is open to the public — all educators, training professionals, and anyone keen on exploring the integration of AI in education.
