Update Respondus License / Password on your Personal Computer

  1. Go to our Respondus form.
  2. Log in with your NinerNet ID and password.
  3. The new password is displayed on the page and is delivered to you in an email.
  4. Access Respondus through your Desktop shortcut or the Start menu.
  5. Go to File -> Update License.
  6. Copy and paste new password into the Installation Password text box.
  7. Click License.
