India Worthy is an instructional designer and learning technology professional with experience in faculty support, training development, and instructional technology implementation across higher education environments. As a member of the Teaching and Learning Innovation Team at UNC Charlotte, she supports faculty and academic programs through the design of engaging, accessible, and learner-centered instructional experiences.

India’s work focuses on instructional design, adaptive and personalized learning, accessibility compliance, and the integration of emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance teaching effectiveness and student success. She has extensive experience developing scalable learning assets, facilitating professional development workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to support institutional learning initiatives.

Prior to joining UNC Charlotte, India served as a Learning Technology Consultant for the Texas A&M University System, where she supported enterprise academic technologies across 22 campuses. In that role, she designed and implemented instructional resources, managed accessibility and LMS governance initiatives, and leveraged AI-assisted workflows to improve training efficiency and user adoption. She has also held positions in advising, leadership development, and instructional support at Savannah State University and Houston Baptist University.

India holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Instructional Technology from Houston Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Liberal Arts with a minor in Professional Writing from Francis Marion University. She is also a Certified Digital Accessibility Expert through the Texas Digital Learning Association.
