Sesen Ghirmai

Sesen is an Accessibility Specialist with the Center for Teaching and Learning. She recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Health & Medical Humanities and a minor in Economics. On campus, Sesen was Team Captain & Executive Board Member of Charlotte Mock Trial and Vice President of EESA.

Prior to joining the CTL Team, Sesen completed an AmeriCorps service term in Manhattan where she worked with the Mental Health and HealthySteps programs. While completing her undergraduate degree, she worked at an elementary school in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools system. Her interests include listening to CDs and reading a good book. She is excited to see what this new chapter at her alma mater holds!
