Nate Trick, MSITM
Nate provides technical support and training to faculty, staff, and students on the use of Canvas and other instructional technologies. He troubleshoots and resolves problems that arise in the day to day use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and monitors support calls assigned to the Center for Teaching and Learning. He also reviews, analyzes, and documents technical processes with regard to various instructional technologies. He is the web administrator for the Center for Teaching and Learning and updates and creates new webpages as needed.
Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Binghamton University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, and a Graduate Certificate in Information Technology from University of North Carolina Greensboro. He recently completed his Master of Science in Information Technology Management degree from University of North Carolina Greensboro with a concentration in Business Analytics. He is continuing his education by pursuing an MBA.
