How can staff use Poll Everywhere for meetings, training, and presentations?

Because the university has a paid plan with Poll Everywhere, non-academic units and faculty presenting at meetings can use Poll Everywhere with up to 500 responses allowed. All faculty, staff, and students can log in to Poll Everywhere with their NinerNET credentials using single sign-on (SSO). Staff have Poll Everywhere presenter privileges to create, run, and report on polls. All full-time faculty and staff have presenter privileges in Poll Everywhere by default. Temporary employees and student workers will need to request presenter privileges by submitting a help ticket to OneIT at help.charlotte.edu.

For support using your Poll Everywhere Presenter account, the following resources are available:

  • Poll Everywhere training offered by the Center for Teaching and Learning. View the CTL events calendar for available dates and times
    • We can schedule a time to provide a workshop for your department, depending on the number of persons
    • Depending on the time needed, a 1-1 consultation can be scheduled within reason
  • Temporary employees and student workers should request Poll Everywhere presenter privileges by submitting a help ticket to OneIT at help.charlotte.edu
